Starting from 9th place Truck 17 Todd Gilliland Frontline Enterprises Ford won the 2nd Annual Clean Harbors 150, his 3rd win in 94 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races. This is his 1st win & 1st Top 10 finish in 2022. This is his 1st win & 2nd Top 10 finish in 2 races at Knoxville Raceway. 2nd Place Truck 4 John Hunter Nemechek Mobil 1 Toyota, started from 6th place posted his 1st Top 10 finish in two races at Knoxville Raceway. It is his 9th Top 10 finish in 2022. 3rd Place Truck 38 Zane Smith Boot Barn Ford, started from 15th place posted his 1st Top 10 finish in 2 races at Knoxville Raceway.
