Dinosaur Downs Speedway, Drumheller Statement:
Dinosaur Downs is pleased to announce the start of another exciting year of racing in 2018.
We had our best year on record in 2017 with over 8,000 racing enthusiasts passing through the gates.
The May two day weekend will include: the IMCA Modifieds who are celebrating their 30 Anniversary in 2018. The always entertaining grass-roots hobby stocks return.
This year we are fortunate to have the A-1 Autobody Outlaw Legends, Dirt Series for their first of four weekend appearances this season.
We are also introducing a class of Mini Claimers, designed to give an entry level racing experience to new racers of various ages.
The winter has been long, but the track is ready to go and so are the racers and fans.

Saturday: Gates open at 4pm. Racing starts at 5pm.
Sunday: Gates open at 1pm. Racing starts at 2pm.
Admission: $15, Kids 12 and under FREE.
Concession and Bar will be open. NO ATM or debit at the facility.

We welcome back our volunteers and invite anyone who would like to join us to message our Facebook page, or show up at the gate, we have a job for you, no experience required. We couldn’t run the events that we do without these very important people.
Join us, we are always trying new things and bringing back your favourite racers, “It’s About The Memories”.
