Since Rockyview Motorsports Park was rejected by Rockyview Council, Badlands Motorsports Resort the only other Road Course project for Southern Alberta. There have been bombarded with questions so hear is another update:

Although this point has been explained here and on other venues, the question keeps coming up:
Badlands is NOT in any way intended to be a Membership only or exclusive facility. To the contrary, the venue will only be successful if we have continuous track rentals and a high demand for non-members to use the facility. And to accomplish that, and to serve the entire Alberta market, track rentals and lapping days for non-members require it to be affordable to the mass market to be successful.
