Daniel Suarez Car 6 Sunoco Racing Fuel Toyota, won a hard fought battle with Cameron Hayley, Car 98 Cabinets by Hayley Chevrolet, with a margin of .083 Seconds.
Daniel Suarez & Cameron Hayley are being hailed, ‘NASCAR’s rising stars’. Both drivers have been selected for the ‘NASCAR Next’ program.
Cameron Hayley won pole for the race but felt it was a still a good night for the Car 98 Cabinets by Hayley Chevrolet with the stragety they did for the race.
In third place was Brandon Jones Car 33 Wolfpack Energy Services Chevrolet, 4th place was Ben Rhodes Car 41 Alpha Energy Solutions Chevrolet and 5th place was Lee Pulliam Car 11 Don Valley North Toyota.
The next race for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East will be Tuesday Feb 18/14 at the UNOH ‘Battle At The Beach’ on the backstretch at Daytona International Speedway. Cameron Hayley won this race last year as a non-points race but this time it is going to count for the points, if you are in Calgary area the race will be televised live on Speed channel 48. This should be a great race to watch as Cameron Hayley will be trying hard to win this race again.
The New Smyrna 150 presented by JEGS will air on FOX Sports 1 on Saturday at 9 a.m.
