April 12 Long Beach Longtime ALMS street race again in conjunction with VERIZON IndyCar Series. Prototype and GT Le Mans classes competed at the longstanding street course for the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship.

Car 01 Prototype Scott Pruett & Memo Rojas Ford EcoBoost/Riley Chip Ganassi Racing win Tequila Patrón Sports Car Showcase at the Long Beach. This makes 2 wins in a row for the team who also won the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Fueled by Fresh From Florida. Dominance is word to describe the team who led all but 1 lap of the race. 2nd Place was Car 10 Prototype Jordan & Ricky Taylor Konica Minolta Corvette followed by Car 5 Prototype Joao Barbosa & Christian Fittipaldi Action Express Racing Corvette DP.
In GTLM Car 3 Magnussen & Garcia Chevrolet Corvette was in 1st place, 2nd place in GTLM Car 56 Müller & J.Edwards BMW Z4 GTE followed by Car 4 GTLM Gavin & Milner Chevrolet Corvette in 3rd place.
