Starting from 32nd place Truck 7 William Byron HendrickCars.com Chevrolet won the 24th Annual Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 200, his 8th win in 26 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races. This is his 1st win & 1st Top 10 finish in 2022. This is his 1st win & 3rd Top 10 finish in 3 races at Martinsville Speedway. 2nd Place Truck 13 Johnny Sauter Protect The Harvest Toyotam, started from 36th place posted his 15th Top 10 finish in 27 races at Martinsville Speedway. It is his 1st Top 10 finish in 2022. 3rd Place Truck 51 Kyle Busch JBL Toyota, started from 2nd place posted his 8th Top 10 finish in 11 races at Martinsville Speedway.
