Statement from Elhard Motorsports:
The Weapon is ready for round 2 this weekend at GULL lake. After four and a half hours of hard racing we decided to go through the machine from top to bottom. Our team of mechanics gave this Cycle Works RZR a clean bill of health. Oh and to all the boys yippin about how amazing their cute little CanAms are. I say bring it maybe one of those tinker toys might finally make it to the end this time.
Come check out the action at parkland beach. Gull lake Saturday and Sunday — in Edmonton, Alberta.

(ONLINE REGISTRATION will be CLOSED 12:00 NOON Saturday prior to race)

Gate Fee – 5$ Person Kids 12 & under FREE
Gate Fee is for Spectators AND RACERS!
Racing 11:00am – 4:30 pm each day
Please dress warm.
Pits are open to public.
Wildrose Concession
**hot concession on site Sunday only
Listen to announcing from your vehicles via FM Transmitter. Channel will be posted race day.
Motorcycles, Quads & Competitors may leave the track at any time during the race. Please pay attention at all times.
Watch & keep pit lanes FREE at all times as competitors are entering/leaving track during the entire day.

Tech inspection is MANDATORY.
All equipment MUST have tether/kill switch.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR OVAL:
CMA Competition License 2015 CMA license.pdf (print off on legal sized paper, fill out and sign sections 5, 7 & 8. If under 18, parent must sign section 6 & 8. Have ready for race day.
MUST have Front/rear guards (motorcycles) OR bumper (studded quads)
Front brake disconnected on motorcycles
Helmet requirement – Snell 2010 or ECE 22-05 or equivalent
All refueling MUST be on a tarp or enviro pad.

You MUST be on deck & on the line when your class is ready, officials will NOT wait for you.

Directions:
Accomodations: Super 8 Rimbey OR Best Western.
Directions from Edmonton: South on Hwy 2, turn West onto Hwy53 (Ponoka turnoff), turn south on Hwy 771. Turn East (left) onto TWP Rd 422 (there is a sign that says PARKLAND BEACH). Follow this road through Parkland Beach community to the marina. This is where you will enter the lake.
Directions from Red Deer, north on Hwy 2. Turn West (left) onto hwy 12 (Lacombe turnoff). Travel through town of Gull Lake, then through town of Bentley to Hwy 20 intersection. Turn right onto Hwy 20 NORTH. Continue for 1.5km and turn right(north) onto Hwy771. Travel on hwy771 for approx 15km (you will pass Golf course), then turn right (east) onto Township Road 422 (there is a sign that says PARKLAND BEACH). Follow this road through Parkland Beach community to the marina. This is where you will enter the lake.
Directions from Rimbey: South on hwy20 for 3-5kms, turn left (east) onto TWP Rd 422 and travel for approx 10kms (you will cross hwy 771) and continue on through Parkland Beach community right onto ice through marina. follow to race site.
