Kyle Busch Car 54 Monster Energy Toyota wins a rain soaked 10th Annual Blue Jeans Go Green 200 presented by Cotton, The Fabric of Our Lives Nationwide race at Phoenix International Raceway. This was Kyle Busch’s 1st win of the year & 64th career NASCAR Nationwide Series win. Under caution Kyle Busch completed lap 168 as hard rain came down, cars were brought the pit lane & then NASCAR halted the race.

After many attempts to dry the track & 2 hours 8 minutes of red flag NASCAR called the race giving Kyle Busch Car 54 Monster Energy Toyota the win 32 laps short of 200 lap race.

“I think just the pure dominance we’ve shown here the last few times that we’ve come here and the amount of laps we’ve led with how fast our cars are is pretty phenomenal,” Kyle Busch said “All the credit goes to Adam Stevens and everybody back at the shop. It’s fun to win them anyway. This is my first time winning a rain-shortened one. Welcome to the tent. I don’t know that it really made a whole lot of difference. We were really good. I would have loved to gone back out there after, but the weather wasn’t on our side today.”
