Starting from 2nd Place Car 78 Martin Truex Jr. Furniture Row/Denver Mattress Toyota won the 7th Annual Quaker State 400 presented by Advance Auto Parts, his 10th win in 423 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races. This is his 3rd win & 12th Top 10 finish in 2017. This is his 1st win & 4th Top 10 finish in 7 races at Kentucky Speedway. Martin Truex Jr. survives overtime restart on old tires to win with a Margin of Victory: Caution. 2nd Place Car 42 Kyle Larson Target Chevrolet, started from 40th place posted his 1st Top 10 finish in 4 races at Kentucky Speedway. It is his 11th Top 10 finish in 2017. This was a great effort by Larson who started from tail & came back to the front. 3rd Place Car 24 Chase Elliott NAPA Chevrolet, started from 12th place posted his 1st Top 10 finish in 2 races at Kentucky Speedway.
