Starting from 2nd place Truck 51 Kyle Busch Cessna Toyota won the 21st Annual TruNorth Global 250, his 54th win in 148 Gander Outdoors Truck Series races. This is his 3rd win & 3rd Top 10 finish in 2019. This is his 2nd win & 7th Top 10 finish in 10 races at Martinsville Speedway. 2nd Place Truck 99 Ben Rhodes Carolina Nut Ford, started from 16th place posted his 4th Top 10 finish in 8th place races at Martinsville Speedway. It is his 2nd Top 10 finish in 2019. 3rd Place Truck 24 Brett Moffitt Worx Garden & Power Tools Chevrolet, started from 5th place posted his 4th Top 10 finish in 4 races at Martinsville Speedway.
