Medicine Hat Speedway Statement:
Ok…..if you’re a race fan you can’t miss this first of our two day shows. It’s Fan Appreciation weekend!! This is the weekend we dedicate to our great fans by getting hundreds (sometimes thousands) of dollars in giveaways for our fans on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon shows. Do have we got a line up for you? Well we’ll have; The Baby Grands making their first of 5 shows, Hobby Stocks, Renegade Trucks, Elite Street Stocks, Evolution Mini Cup cars also making their first appearance this year and IMCA Modifieds are back in town. Saturday night show will be normal times with gates opening at 5:00 pm and green flag at 6:30. Sunday gates open at 1:00 pm and we drop the green at 2:00 pm.
Note: Faith Luther driving the 77 and taking home the track championship in our Evolution Mini Cup class last year has moved up into a bad fast Baby Grand this year. This will be her first race in Medicine Hat as a rookie in that class. It’s going to be a blast to watch her make her mark in that series……no pressure Faith (-:)
