Alex Tagliani got turned out of the lead by Regan Smith & lost his shot at a win 2 weeks ago in the NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. In the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Chevrolet Silverado 250 in his home country at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park he had a chance to take Erik Jones out for the win. He decided not to but was going to get a clean pass in the following corners. “If I would have stayed where I was he would have been gone in (Turn) 5B,” Tagliani said. “I don’t drive that way. I just want to continue the trend.” Tagliani showed class, as I think if his fellow Canadian driver Andrew Ranger of old was in the race in the same position, Jones would be have been pushed out the way.
