Starting from 5th place Car 20 Denny Hamlin Hisense Toyota won the 26th Annual Irish Hills 250, his 16th win in 158 NASCAR XFINITY Series races. This is his 1st win & 2nd Top 10 finish in 2017. This is his 2nd win & 5th Top 10 finish in 6 races at Michigan International Speedway. This is the 3rd consecutive NASCAR XFINITY Series win at Michigan for Joe Gibbs Racing and Toyota. The Margin of Victory (0.012) is the closest MOV at Michigan International Speedway since the advent of electronic scoring in the NASCAR XFINITY Series.
