The day started off with the NASCAR Pinty’s Series doing practice laps then the rain came out. The safety vehicles started doing laps to dry the track & the cars came out again to practice after. The support classes: Evolution Cupcar Series (Mini Cups) & IMCA Modifieds did get some practice time before the clouds opened up again. This time when it rained it was a lot more for longer time, causing the support races & NASCAR Pinty’s Series qualifying being canceled. The race was back on time & lasted until the 6th Caution on lap 265-275 for rain. The Red Flag came out & they almost got the track dry, when it started to pour, so they called it at lap 275 out of 300.
