Car 11 Denny Hamlin FedEx Ground Toyota won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 17th Annual Ford EcoBoost 400 with a lap of 30.568 seconds, 176.655 mph. This is Hamlin’s 23rd pole in 362 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. This is his third pole and 20th top-10 start in 2015 & 1st pole in 11 races at Homestead-Miami Speedway. 2nd Place Car 22 Joey Logano Shell Pennzoil Ford with a lap of 30.636 & speed of 176.263. Logano posted his 27th Top 10 start of 2015 and his fourth in seven races at Homestead-Miami Speedway. 3rd Place Car 18 Kyle Busch M&M’s Crispy Toyota with a lap of 30.671 & speed of 176.062. Busch posted his 6th Top 10 start at Homestead-Miami Speedway & it is his 19th in 25 races this season. Matt DiBenedetto (37th) was the fastest qualifying rookie.

The Championship 4 starting positions – Kyle Busch (third), Jeff Gordon (fifth), Martin Truex Jr. (11th) and Kevin Harvick (13th). As I said before all 4 drivers deserve to win but anyone that knows me, knows I will be cheering for Jeff Gordon.
